Welcome to HedCash. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We want you to enjoy managing your finances, but we need to be on the same page first!

HedCash is a budgeting and financial tracking tool designed to help you organize your finances. We are not a bank, financial planner, broker, or tax advisor.

The information provided by our app (including "Safe-to-Spend" calculations, charts, and insights) is for informational purposes only. It is based entirely on the data you input. We do not guarantee financial results or the accuracy of data derived from third-party connections.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HedCash.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

HedCash may offer premium features ("HedCash Pro") for a subscription fee.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their policies.

The design, "cute" aesthetic, code, graphics, and interactive features of HedCash are the proprietary property of HedPlay.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HedCash at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
